Purba Medinipur and Paschim Medinipur was jointly known to us Midnapore. Midnapore took leading part to quit the British and fight for Independence of India. Many famous freedom fighters were born in Purba Medinipur district such as Matangini Hazra, Satish Samanta, Birendranath Sasmal, Ajay Mukherjee, Sushil Dhara etc.  Newly born this district showed the way to remove the Left Government. As a Sabhadhipati, I openhearted may say that not only we all try to give transparency in different works but also we all liable to reach the advantage of different schemes (i.e. Central as well as State) before the public. In Mission Nirmal Bangla, Indira Awaas Yojana and other schemes on Awaas Yojana we are now in 2nd position in West Bengal. We all try joining and take oath so that we may to improve the position of all schemes. I hope we reach the goal in time.
